Email: kedukelo@ksbe.edu Office Location: Notes: As the manager, Kelly Dukelow, provides support to all distance learning programs offered through Kamehameha Schools' Virtual Strategies & Distance Learning Branch. She works closely with the instructional designers and distance learning instructors to ensure the delivery of quality online learning experiences for all participants. Kelly formerly taught high school English with the Hawai‘i State Department of Education and Kamehameha Schools Maui. She also has taught online high school and adult courses through the ‘Ike Hawai‘i and A‘o Makua Programs. Kelly views distance learning as a way to broaden the educational opportunities available to learners of all ages and feels that it provides alternative learning experiences that would otherwise not be available or easily accessible. She feels that it can be especially valuable as one way of providing Hawaiian learners with the means to expand their knowledge; especially of their own literature, history, and language. |
