Where do I go if I need help? Who can I contact for assistance? What kinds of problems can I get help with?

The most important thing to remember is to contact someone as quickly as possible. Our entire staff is here to support you.

  • If you are experiencing problems with Blackboard, then you need Blackboard support.
  • If you have a question about the activities for a course, then you need instructional support.  Please contact your instructor.
  • If you have a question about payment, please contact our administrative assistant.
  • If you have a question about the A‘o Makua Adult Distance Learning Program, please contact Christy Sato.
