KS makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. KS specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through the Internet/Intranet.

KS will not be responsible for any damages you suffer while using the KS Internet/Intranet system.  This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, mis-deliveries, or service interruptions.  Use of any information obtained via KS is at your own risk.  All users of the system are deemed to have disclaimed or waived all copyright ownership rights in their messages or files, even if they contain copyright notices.  You shall have absolutely no recourse against KS as the system provider for any alleged or actual infringement of any proprietary rights to which you may claim ownership. KS is not responsible for Internet use from any non-KS facility.

Online learners who violate any of the above policies will be subject to the suspension or termination of their user account and access to the online course as well as other disciplinary action as determined appropriate by KSDL.
