Colette Mazucelli
Colette Mazzucelli, MALD, PhD, DDG, is a founding faculty
member, OnLine Training Institute. She is also a fellow of
the International Biographical Association in Cambridge,
England and a biographee in Who's Who in America (Marquis,
2004). In 2003, Mazzucelli received a citation as International
Educator of the Year by the International Biographical Centre,
Cambridge, in recognition of her contributions to the development
of multimedia pedagogy for active learning. She is a member,
Founding Cabinet, World Peace and Diplomacy Forum. Mazzucelli,
working together with Roger Boston, pioneered in the creation
of the TCMuses transatlantic Internet/multimedia seminar
south eastern Europe as program development associate, Centre
for Educational Outreach and Innovation, Teachers College,
Columbia University and senior lecturer, Sciences Po Paris.
Roger Boston
Roger Boston is currently with the faculty
of the Houston Community College System and holds the additional
title of "Rockwell Chair", an innovation in educational
technology supported by the Rockwell Foundation since 1985.
A transplant from private industry two decades ago where he
was involved as an information systems manager, he has built
an international reputation in distance learning since helping
his organization to go "on-line" with their credit
courses in the late 1980's. He is a member of the PBS Going
the Distance Advisory Group, has served with the Virtual College
of Texas, the State of Texas Distance Learning Master planning
group, and the National Instructional Telecommunications Council.
Roger has hosted hundreds of global town meetings via internet
and taught his classes and conducted workshops from such far
away places as China, Australia, Finland, Mexico, Hawaii,
Brazil, India, Vietnam, and many other places overseas as
well as nationally.
